I acknowledge the rich depth and breadth of knowledge that has developed over thousands of years in China and I am grateful to have studied and to be practising and sharing this ancient wisdom.

DR NADINE GARDINER

I was lucky to have been introduced to Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine by my parents as a young teen experiencing debilitating migraines. My migraines disappeared for about a decade after receiving treatment! I had forgotten about Chinese Medicine and was off traveling and experiencing life.

In my mid-20s I was living in Berlin and leading a very unbalanced life, using alcohol to mask some debilitating anxiety and chronic pain. Having had poor results from Western Medicine I remembered how Chinese Medicine had helped me in the past. These experiences led me to study Chinese Medicine and Shiatsu. Without this knowledge, I don't know where I would be today and I don't know if I would have remained sober since 2020.

Acupuncture, Chinese Medicine and lifestyle changes have resolved or managed my health issues and this is what makes me so passionate about my work.

During my studies I interned with 3rd generation Chinese Medicine Practitioner Dr. Kevin Duong, this gave me hands-on experience treating a range of clients.
