“We should live with the natural eb and flow of our cycles, but not be ruled by them”.

Meet the founder, Dr. Nadine Gardiner (TCM)

Flying Needles is a Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine space located in the heart of the Abbotsford Convent, within the vibrant Wellbeing team. The space is owned and run by Dr. Nadine Gardiner.

Nadine (she/her) is a university-qualified, AHPRA-registered practitioner of Chinese Medicine and a trained Shiatsu Therapist.

Chinese Medicine is a comprehensive, holistic system that supports a wide range of health concerns — you can explore some of the main conditions Nadine treats here. Nadine has a particular interest in menstrual health, especially pelvic pain and PMDD (Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder).

Nadine combines her knowledge and lived experience and offers a grounded, supportive space for anyone seeking to feel truly heard and understood. Whether you're in pain, navigating complex cycles, or simply curious, Nadine will work with you to create a treatment plan that meets you where you’re at.
