About Chinese Medicine

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is a powerful system of health, originating from China thousands of years ago, and now practiced all over the world. TCM treatment focuses on the underlying or ‘root cause’ of disease and uses different types of healing modalities to stimulate the body’s self-healing capabilities. TCM’s ability to promote healthy bodily function means that it is often used as one of the most effective forms of preventive medicine.

I was introduced to Chinese Medicine at a young age, navigating mental health, chronic migraine, endometriosis and adenomyosis. Finding relief through this medicine changed my life, and set me on a path to study and share it with others.

I completed my studies at the Southern School of Natural Therapies in 2020, and later trained in Shiatsu Therapy in 2022. Since then, I have done further study in Tung Acupuncture for pain, facial rejuvenation Acupuncture and trauma-informed care. As well as working with Dr. Kirsten wolf of the fertile method for a 6 month locum.

I love dancing, singing and spending time in nature and I’m also proudly sober since 2020 — something that continues to shape how I show up in the world and in clinic and has led me to work in a hospital detox center in Melbourne providing Acupuncture for current patients.

My approach is gentle, collaborative, and rooted in the belief that healing happens when we feel safe, seen, and supported. I love creating space for people to drop into their bodies, feel deeply, and rest — while experiencing the quiet, regulating power of acupuncture.

Everyone is welcome here.
