Initial Consultation
This appointment will discuss your health concerns, go over your intake form, and talk about what you want to achieve in this appointment.
Treatment will include Acupuncture, Herbal Medicine if required, and may include Ancillary Techniques such as Cupping, Gua Sha or Moxa if required, and if time permits.
You will be emailed an intake questionnaire to fill out prior to your session, which will take 15-20 minutes to fill out. Please complete your form the day before your appointment.
Allow 60 minutes.
$145/$130 concession*
*Concession appointments: please book in before 4pm unless discussed with your practitioner. If you are not a concession card holder but are experiencing financial difficulties, please contact me here.
Please note that any herbs prescribed are an additional cost. Under $30 per week.
Initial Telehealth
If you can’t make it in due to illness or distance, we can have a chat over the phone. We will gather your medical history, discuss your health goals and develop a treatment plan including a follow up email with lifestyle and dietary sugestions.
I will request an image of your tongue and spend time following our call writing and preparing your script for delivery or pick up.
You will be emailed an intake questionnaire to fill out prior to your session. Please allow 15-30 minutes to complete your form, and return the day prior to your appointment.
Allow 30-40 minutes.
Please note that any herbs prescribed are an additional $30 a week. P&H is $15.
Follow Up Consultation
Available for returning patients with an ongoing treatment plan. Treatment will include acupuncture and herbs. May include Ancillary techniques if required.
If you have not visited the clinic for over 12 months, I ask that you book in for a long consultation.
Allow 50 minutes.

Acupuncture + Shiatsu Combo
This is for when you just need some rest and relaxation. Very minimal chat.
The treatment will include Cupping and Gua Sha on the back and neck, whilst they work their magic I will work down the bladder channel (back of legs), Gallbladder channels (hips and glutes), and the yin (inner) channels of the arm and hands.
Then you will receive Acupuncture needles for 20 mins, according to tongue and pulse diagnosis.
Allow 50 minutes.
